Angry Albert doesn't seem to be a good coach: the players hardly understand him and his orders, there's a lack of communication at the beginning of the training! But, maybe, in the next episode things will change a little bit.

Albert's personalità doesn't seemingly to be "bridging" the gaps respect to his players. So, I'd say, based on this impression, that he is not a good coach, but...I might be wrong. As to the video-lesson, I would say that it's fun and instructive.
