Marko is going to London for a short break and he is telling Ahmed all about it. Read the dialogue between Mohamed and Marko. After you have read the dialogue, read the questions and try to work out the answers.
Marko: Hey Ahmed! Guess what! I'm spending the weekend in London next month.
Ahmed: Lucky you! I went to London last year. It was a bit cold but I had a great time! What are you going to do there?
Marko: Well, I'm going to a conference, for work. But that's on the Friday and then I'll have the rest of the weekend free. I'm going to try to get tickets for an Arsenal match.
Ahmed: It would be great to see a Premier League match. Are you going to do any sightseeing when you're there?
Marko: Probably, I haven't planned anything yet. I'll probably go and see Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament, things like that.
Ahmed: Nice. You should go to the Science Museum in Kensington. It's great and the Natural history Museum is just round the corner, too,
Marko: I hadn't thought of that, I will. Well, I'll go if I have time. I'm coming home on Sunday afternoon so it's a bit of a flying visit.
- Which phrases in bold tell us that something has been planned already?

- Will can be used when we diced something at that moment, like in the dialogue above:
I'll probably go and see Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament.
Going to
- Going to is used for intentions. These are like plans without concrete arrangements.

Correct me please - Since it’s summer and the beach is ‘30 mn by feet far from’ my house, I’m going to the beach; but frankly, I don’t know when! I still procrastinate that. I know that many people have no sea near them and they spend a lot of time and money to get the beach, yes and me, ‘it’s so nearby’, and I feel lazy. I’m sure that I will go for a swim or a walk, one day.

Hi Haydi
Is this true? Do you really live 30m from the beach? That sounds really nice. I've made lots of corrections - I hope they are helpful.
Since it’s the summer (1) and the beach is ‘30 m
by feet faron foot from my house(2), I’m going to the beach; but frankly (3), I don’t know when! I am still procrastinatingthat. I know that many people have no sea near them and they spend a lot of time and money to get the beach, yes and mebut for me, it’s so nearby and I feel lazy(4). I’m sure that I will go for a swim or a walk, one day (5).1. Seasons take 'the', though I think you could say 'Since it's summertime ... ' This is a bit of a mean correction. Although it doesn't sound very natural to me, I'm sure that there are native speakers who would say 'Since it's summer'.
2. I think that you know this one. (you lucky thing)
3. This is fine - a lovely word, I'm not sure that it's quite right here. To be frank, means to be direct. This is generally used when dealing with information that might make someone feel uncomfortable. The most famous instance is from the film Gone with the Wind, when the hero says to the leading lady: 'Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn.' In this instance, he used the word 'frankly' because he was preparing to say something that the heroine wouldn't like. This is why he had to be frank. However, all that said, the way you use it is fine.
4. I think it would be better to say 'I am lazy'. We use the form 'feeling lazy', but only as a temporary state - I'm feeling a bit lazy today so I'm not going to work in the garden.
5. This is perfect - I hope you do take advantage of being so close to the beach!

a big thanks Jack for the correction and all this explanation.
Yes, we're lucky to be near a wonderful part of the Mediterranean. Some beaches along the coast are so clear like a swim pool. The sand shines like gold and the water has a wonderful green-blue colour. We have no sharks here, but we have jellyfish. The problem that a few years ago, jellyfish appear in September, when the weather becomes colder, but since some years, it has been appeared in early summer. This phenomen is the consequence of sea turtle extinction due to its hunting.

That sounds lovely. I used to live in Sicily and could take the bus to Trapani and then a boat to the tiny islands Favignana and Marettimo; not so far from Tunisia - just across the water. You could walk across the island and find secluded beaches and coves where the water was so clear. It was also quite cool when I visited, but I got to swim on my own which was wonderful. You are very lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

Yes, that’s the difference between 'programming a trip', spending time and money for it, and living near the beach and procrastinating every day!
By the way, all Mediterranean countries have almost same coasts and beaches; the real issue is which direction we’re looking at, north or south. This north/south concept is the biggest problem we’re dealing with, nowadays! So, if I’d been born in the north side¸ I would have been the luckiest!
